Educational content is provided for learning purposes only and does not guarantee academic or professional outcomes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload viruses or malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
  • Share your login credentials.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Post offensive, obscene, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
  • Cheat during examinations or assessments.

9. School Responsibilities

Schools using ComeClass agree to:

  • Ensure staff comply with these Terms.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscription fees may renew automatically where applicable, subject to applicable law and clear notice.

is owned by or licensed to ComeClass and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they create, but grant ComeClass a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display such content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Platform.

13. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for any content you upload.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
  • The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
  • The content is not harmful or misleading.

ComeClass may remove content that violates these Terms.

  • Employment, admission, or examination success.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ComeClass, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you to ComeClass for the relevant service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ComeClass, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

24. Dispute Resolution

  1. The parties will first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiations.
  2. If unresolved, the dispute may be referred to mediation.
  3. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.
